Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Instrument Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling, calibrating and testing instruments within specified production times and supporting other production activities as required.

About the Role

  • Assemble instruments to specific requested time frames
  • Produce extra sub-assemblies as needed
  • Take responsibility for quality control, adhere to build standards and quality requirements
  • Ensure stock levels are adequate for future production runs
  • Minimize waste and maximize efficiency

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble and test instruments to meet quality standards
  • Calibrate equipment and perform routine maintenance tasks
  • Work with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge to improve performance
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
