Strategic Activation Leader

The role of a Strategic Activation Leader involves setting the standard for exceptional campaign delivery and leadership across diverse client portfolios.

This individual will work closely with activation managers to ensure campaigns lead the market, combining strategic oversight with hands-on expertise to deliver outstanding outcomes.

As a senior role with significant impact, this leader will be accountable for the performance of client accounts, shaping activation strategies that drive growth and building trusted relationships with both clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities include leading activation strategy and execution across digital channels, ensuring client investments yield tangible business results. This includes serving as a trusted senior advisor to clients and the Client Solutions team, translating objectives into impactful activation strategies.

Additionally, the Strategic Activation Leader will guide and mentor activation managers and executives, ensuring workflows, QA processes, and optimisation are consistent, effective, and future-focused. They will also identify opportunities to innovate, from testing schedules and new channel opportunities to digital maturity roadmaps that unlock long-term growth.

Furthermore, this leader will oversee reporting and insights, elevating the standard for how performance and strategy are communicated back to clients. Strong partnerships with publishers, tech platforms, and media partners will be built to unlock commercial value for both clients and stakeholders.

Ultimately, the Strategic Activation Leader will champion a culture where feedback, learning, and collaboration are integral components of every project.
