HSW Lead Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned HSW professional to drive our company's health, safety, and wellbeing strategy.

About the Role:
  • This is a pivotal position that requires leadership skills and expertise in HSW advice and service delivery.
Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver strategic guidance on proactive HSW practices and safe work procedures to leaders.
  • Coach and empower managers with knowledge on best practice health, safety, and wellbeing management.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of our Health, Safety, and Wellbeing Management System (HSWMS).
  • Provide expert support and coaching to managers and their teams on health, safety, and wellbeing matters.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in WHS or a related field.
  • At least 5 years' experience delivering HSW advice and service.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
