Job Overview

About the Role:

This role is responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, and supporting the development and implementation of contract governance policy, procedures, and frameworks across the organization.

  • Review, monitor, and update university policies, procedures, practices, and frameworks applicable to contract governance.
  • Develop practical solutions based on stakeholder needs.
  • Strive for excellence by consulting with clients to clarify requirements, purposes, criteria for success, and where advice is required.
  • Assist in contract administration, including tracking milestones, renewal dates, and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure all contract documentation is complete, accurate, and properly filed.

To be successful, you'll need:

  • A degree with relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and/or training.
  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills to contribute to solution development.
  • Strong organizational capabilities, including managing multiple tasks, tracking deadlines, and maintaining records.
  • Experience preparing documentation and using administrative systems is essential.
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills.
