Contract Governance Specialist

This role plays a vital part in the Finance and Assurance team.

  • Review, monitor, and update policies and procedures relevant to contract governance.
  • Develop practical solutions based on stakeholder needs.
  • Assist in the administration of contracts, including tracking key milestones, renewal dates, and compliance requirements.
  • Evaluate contract documentation for completeness, accuracy, and proper filing.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the implementation of contract governance policy, procedures, and frameworks.
  • Provide high-level written and verbal communication skills to support contract and compliance processes.
  • Maintain accurate and complete records of contract-related activities.
  • Support the development of practical, fit-for-purpose solutions that meet stakeholder needs.
Requirements:
  • Substantial experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong organisational and administrative capabilities, including task management and record-keeping.
  • Experience in preparing documentation and using administrative systems to support contract and compliance processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
