We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our initiatives in promoting inclusive employment practices across various sites.

This key role involves working closely with employers, staff, and community partners to deliver impactful training, conduct thorough workplace accessibility audits, and support job carving strategies tailored to individual strengths and business needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating awareness events and providing expert coaching to ensure our services reflect the highest standards of inclusion.

About the Position:

  • Proven experience in the disability and inclusion field, with a strong understanding of best practices that support people living with disability to find and keep meaningful employment.
  • The ability to engage confidently with employers, stakeholders, and internal teams to promote inclusive strategies and workplace modifications.
  • Experience delivering training and presentations to diverse audiences.
  • A commitment to quality, continuous improvement, and collaborative service delivery.

  • Strong knowledge of access and inclusion principles, vocational barriers, and employment pathways for people with disability.
  • Practical experience in advisory or coaching roles, with a focus on stakeholder engagement and education.
