Exceptional Workplace Experience Specialist

This role offers the opportunity to deliver outstanding workplace experiences for staff and visitors. As a key member of our team, you will serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring seamless front-of-house operations and delivering exceptional service.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and proactive individual with a strong customer service orientation. The ideal candidate will be able to balance multiple priorities, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional workplace experiences through effective communication and problem-solving
  • Serve as primary point of contact for staff and visitors, managing front-of-house operations
  • Oversee day-to-day service delivery, ensuring compliance with standards and procedures
  • Implement and drive client engagement strategies and operational experience initiatives
  • Coordinate and support events, activations, and site tours
  • Manage internal communications to enhance workplace culture and employee engagement

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong organisational and administration skills
  • 1-2 years' experience in hospitality, customer service, or related field
