We're seeking an exceptional individual to lead our stakeholder and community engagement efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to engage with the business community across our projects.

Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders, collaborating internally to support these partnerships, and representing our organization externally at meetings and events.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build instant rapport with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

You will also be responsible for managing community-related issues, providing evaluation and feedback on community engagement activities, and preparing publications and presentations to communicate our message effectively.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience undertaking stakeholder and community engagement in civil construction/road construction projects;
  • a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field;
  • previous experience working with government agencies, such as DTMR;
  • demonstrated experience in planning and managing events;
  • excellent administrative skills;
  • ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
