Job Overview
We're seeking an experienced rostering professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining operational rosters for all services, balancing customer needs with financial and award requirements.

  • Create and maintain operational rosters to meet customer and business needs
  • Manage leave and temporary shift changes, ensuring compliance with awards and agreements
  • Respond to queries with empathy and accuracy, providing excellent customer service
  • Identify gaps in the roster and develop practical solutions
  • Contribute to improving systems, culture, and processes in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need experience in 24/7 rostering or resourcing roles. You should also have knowledge of Awards and Enterprise Agreements, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel). Bonus skills include experience with Emplive, Whispir, or Genesys.
