Package Development Specialist

This role involves developing and implementing innovative packaging solutions that meet international standards for quality, functionality, cost, sustainability, safety, and compliance.

Responsibilities include designing packaging for promotional activities, conducting performance and compatibility testing, and approving technical aspects of packaging artworks.

  • Develop and implement packaging solutions that meet global quality standards.
  • Design and test packaging for promotional activities to ensure optimal performance.
  • Manage packaging specification databases, including measurements and statistical analysis.
  • Contribute to Henkel's sustainability goals and ensure compliance with regulatory obligations.
  • Monitor packaging trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

You'll drive innovation that meets high standards in quality, cost-efficiency, sustainability, and consumer appeal while aligning with brand objectives.

Key Qualifications:

In this role, you will require strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and experience with design software.
