Senior Product Packaging Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Product Packaging Specialist to join our team in Sydney, NSW.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in product packaging design, with expertise in packaging materials, properties and finishes. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, as well as proficiency in Solidworks and the Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities
  • Design high-quality product packaging from initial concepts through to manufacture, considering cost, materials, design requirements, user experience and brand consistency.
  • Create and maintain accurate packaging documentation, including packing manuals and packing lists.
  • Review and quality control packed articles, effectively managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Coordinate with various packaging suppliers, negotiating on cost, timelines and quality and quantity.

We are looking for someone who is up-to-date with trends in packaging design, sustainability practices, and materials technology, with a strong portfolio to showcase their work.

Key Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in 3D packaging design
  • Proficiency in Solidworks and the Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
