Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement cutting-edge packaging solutions to support business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop packaging strategies that meet brand and market requirements.
  • Conduct packaging validation and qualification, including performance testing, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage packaging specification databases, including measurements and statistical analysis.
  • Identify and assess new materials or technologies to support process improvement and complexity reduction.
Requirements
  • Degree in Packaging Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a packaging role within the FMCG industry.
  • Hands-on experience with measurement and testing equipment, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, professional and collaborative mindset.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
