We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Logistics Supervisor to join our team at Boral Constr Mat Limited. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for managing our fleet of drivers and heavy vehicles, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Driver and fleet management, including recruitment, retention, and incident investigations.
  • Ensuring equipment is operated safely and efficiently, meeting environmental and legislative requirements.
  • Reviewing and managing driver behaviors and performance to Boral standards.
  • Conducting safety and regulatory audits, as well as toolbox meetings.
  • Collaborating with our Customer Service and Allocations teams to optimize fleet performance.

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Excellent communication and computer skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in transport and logistics operations, particularly in CoR compliance.
  • A strong commitment to safety and the environment.
  • HR Licence.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessing (desirable).
  • A customer-focused approach.
  • Experience in management and leading teams.
