Sustainability and Impact Lead Role

As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance sustainability and impact outcomes, we are seeking a highly skilled Sustainability and Impact Lead to join our team. This role will play a pivotal part in driving comprehensive sustainability and impact initiatives across the Australian, New Zealand, and North American region.

The successful candidate will have strong professional experience in responsible investment, corporate sustainability, or sustainability project management. They will also have expertise in developing and implementing environmental management systems, assessing climate change risks, and identifying opportunities for improvement.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for sustainability to contribute to the development and implementation of our Sustainability & Impact Policy and Sustainability and Impact Management System.

We are looking for a collaborative and results-driven individual who can provide strategic guidance on sustainability and impact matters. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional research and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights effectively to stakeholders.

The successful Sustainability and Impact Lead will be responsible for delivering sustainability and impact outcomes during asset management and supporting the continuous improvement of governance frameworks. They will also contribute to our Sustainability & Impact Network, sharing best practices and knowledge with colleagues.

In addition to their technical expertise, the successful candidate will demonstrate excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. They will work closely with senior management and other stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.
