Director of Transaction Management

Leads a collaborative team responsible for transaction management activities and project approvals to ensure successful delivery of large-scale redevelopments.

Coordinates multi-disciplinary teams and directs market interactions with developers, investors, and project sponsors to drive commercially viable outcomes.

  • Designs and implements tendering processes in accordance with probity frameworks and guidelines.
  • Oversees the development of tender documentation, land valuation process, market engagement, and contract close process.
  • Engages and negotiates with government stakeholders, institutional investors, developers, and community housing agencies.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead a team to manage transactions and ensure successful delivery of projects.
  2. Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and direct market interactions.
  3. Design and implement tendering processes.
  4. Oversee the development of tender documentation and land valuation process.
  5. Engage and negotiate with stakeholders.
