Transaction Support Professional

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Transaction Support team. As a key member of this team, you will play a crucial role in the execution of buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements, act as Investigating Accountant for IPOs, and advise on sales and purchase agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support transaction execution - planning, analysis, interviews and report writing
  • Due diligence as an Investigating Accountant for Initial Public Offerings
  • Advisory services for sales and purchase agreements
  • Forecast reviews and analysis
  • Team leadership and management - train and lead junior professionals
  • Client relationship development and management

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years' experience in transaction support or corporate development
  • Proven experience managing teams and projects
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
  • Excellent communication and report writing abilities
  • High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated with a collaborative mindset
