As a Construction Project Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules and safety protocols. You will lead and motivate on-site personnel, providing guidance and support to achieve project objectives efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and supervise daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules and safety protocols.
  • Ensure that the site is safe after working hours, fencing is secure, complete filing, paperwork, and generally prepare for the next day.
  • Lead and motivate on-site personnel, providing guidance and support to achieve project objectives efficiently.
  • Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to address issues and maintain project momentum.
  • Conduct regular inspections to uphold quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of materials, equipment, and labor usage to support project planning and budget management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Construction Project Supervisor or similar role within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and materials.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire on-site teams.
  • Proficiency in safety regulations and best practices.
