About the Opportunity

As a Workplace Relations Consultant at Greater Western Water Limited, you will provide specialist advice and support on employee and industrial relations matters to ensure compliance with legislative requirements. Your expertise will be invaluable in managing complex employment issues through effective case management strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert guidance on enterprise agreement interpretation and implementation, ensuring seamless execution of People and Culture policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive case management plans to resolve formal and informal performance, behavioural, and conduct matters.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to foster constructive relationships and coach employees on delivering effective outcomes.
  • Support consultation, dispute resolution, and contribute to People Services sponsored projects and initiatives.
  • Ensure accurate analysis and interpretation of workplace relations laws and regulations, providing timely advice and recommendations to maintain risk mitigation and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

  • A degree qualification in Business, Industrial Relations, Human Resources, or equivalent.
  • Extensive experience in Industrial/Employee Relations, including effective relationship management.
  • Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end case management, conducting workplace investigations, and performance management processes.
  • Experience in Enterprise Agreement development, implementation, and interpretation.
  • Stakeholder management, coaching, consulting, and relationship-building skills.
