About This Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Offshore Supervisor - Electrical and Instrumentation to join our team. In this key leadership position, you will be responsible for overseeing the electrical and instrumentation operations on our facilities.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has a strong background in electrical and instrumentation engineering, with experience in offshore operations and team leadership. As an Offshore Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient execution of projects, while maintaining a high level of quality and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Main Responsibilities
- Leading teams of technicians and engineers to ensure successful project delivery
- Maintaining a culture of safety and risk awareness among team members
- Ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A degree in electrical and instrumentation engineering or a related field
- Extensive experience in offshore operations and team leadership
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to motivate and guide your team to achieve exceptional results
