About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic leader to spearhead our Analytics function. As Vice President of Analytics, you will be responsible for defining and executing the long-term vision and strategy for the Analytics team.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute data-driven strategies that align with business objectives
• Lead and integrate AI and automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency
• Oversee the central Analytics function and enhance its effectiveness in providing actionable insights to various business units
• Partner with engineering teams to design and implement robust data infrastructure
• Lead a high-performing team of business analysts, data engineers, and data scientists

Requirements
• Proven leadership experience in Analytics, with a minimum of 3-5 years leading a central Analytics function within a high-growth SaaS company
• Experience scaling an Analytics function and its underlying data infrastructure in an organization experiencing significant growth
• Strong understanding of modern data infrastructure principles and technologies
• Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Highly analytical and strategic mindset, with a proven track record of developing and executing data strategies
