Lead Project Manager

We're seeking a highly skilled Lead Project Manager to oversee our construction and development projects across the Gold Coast.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals who enjoy strategic leadership, project planning, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in project management within the construction or engineering industry. Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills are essential.

A tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is required.

Familiarity with QLD building codes, project compliance, and local development approval processes is also necessary.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple construction and development projects simultaneously.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and risk management.
  • Liaise with local council and manage development approval processes.
  • Coordinate consultants, contractors, suppliers, and engineers to drive outcomes.
  • Prepare scopes of work, technical documents, and compliance reports.
  • Provide regular status updates to senior leadership on all active and pipeline projects.
