Senior Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of a luxury apartment project in Hamilton.
- End-to-end project management from inception through to completion.
- Developing and managing comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Leading internal teams (site management, design, commercial) and external consultants and contractors.
- Driving procurement strategies and managing all project contracts.
- Ensuring quality assurance standards and safety protocols on site.
