As a Senior Associate in our Risk and Controls Assurance (RCA) team, you will work on multiple and varying projects providing confidence on emerging technologies. You will have flexible work options allowing you to work smarter in a way that suits your lifestyle.

About the Role

Our RCA team helps Australian businesses create value and improve the way they work by assessing the effectiveness of Technology and business process controls implemented by our clients to reduce risk in their business.

The team works across both External Audit and Non-Audit clients, exposing you to assessing controls related to Financial reporting as well as controls designed to help improve security, business continuity and technology risk in a broad range of industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial services, technology risk and controls environments, IT general controls, and application controls
  • Internal audit, advisory, and/or third-party assurance engagements
  • A strong appreciation of the complexities and challenges that organisations face around the use of existing and emerging technology and how to solve them from strategy to execution
Impact and Opportunities
  • Contributing to a full range of assurance projects including the planning, testing, reviewing and reporting stages on large and complex client engagements
  • Analysis and documentation of internal controls and control environments
  • Equipping clients to make decisions based on accurate information by establishing the right controls, processes and structures
  • Optimising technology control activities, technology and operational strategy, and policies and procedures
  • Lead and contribute to large and small-scale projects throughout the year
