Job Description

As a technical specialist, you will be responsible for providing world-class support to clients across our full product suite. You will deliver technical solutions via phone, email and remote desktop, helping clients maximise the value of our software.

You will work with clients to troubleshoot and resolve issues across operating systems, networks, applications, and virtualised environments. Your duties will include documenting support cases and maintaining accurate records in the support management system.

  • Provide technical support for clients with active maintenance agreements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Document support cases and maintain accurate records.
  • Escalate critical issues to specialist teams and assist with root cause analysis.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A few years of experience in IT support or technical support, ideally with customer-facing responsibilities.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • A generalist IT background (Operating Systems, Enterprise Systems, Networks, Applications, Virtualisation).
  • Ability to work independently and build strong client relationships.
  • Nice to haves include a Tertiary IT qualification, ITIL exposure, and familiarity with Windows Server, SQL, and virtualised environments.
