Job Title: Senior Disability Services Manager
The successful candidate will lead a team of Disability Support Workers and Senior Disability Support Workers delivering NDIS-funded services, ensuring service delivery reflects best practice principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, support and develop a team to deliver high-quality disability services.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including workforce coordination, documentation, and service compliance.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, families, Support Coordinators, and community stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and community engagement.
- Contribute to the organisation's strategic goals and development.
Requirements:
- A Diploma in Community Services or related qualification.
- Proven experience leading teams in the disability services sector.
- Experience growing or expanding disability services.
- A thorough understanding of NDIS processes, person-centred planning, and active support models.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to work across multiple sites and respond to emerging needs.
