About the Role

As a senior professional, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team that monitors, analyses, investigates, and reports on the non-financial performance of ESTA. This role contributes to a range of other IGEM assurance activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team to monitor and investigate the non-financial performance of the Emergency Services Telecommunications Authority (ESTA), including monitoring the implementation of reforms associated with recent major reviews into ESTA
  • Work closely with other IGEM teams and external stakeholders to deliver on IGEM's objectives
Requirements
  • Experience in leading and conducting monitoring and investigative work
  • Ability to lead and manage a team to meet legislative functions
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with others
