The role requires a committed Enrolled Nurse who can develop individual care plans with Registered Nurses.
Main Duties:
- Deliver high-quality client care within a team approach based on mutual respect and clear communication.
- Review processes (annual care plan and clinical care delivery) are audited according to Baptcare's schedule and NUM's direction.
- Use quality and risk management systems to record risks and recommend improvements.
- Maintain strict privacy and dignity with all information relating to Client care.
About You:
You must have completed a Diploma in Nursing and hold current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
Experience working within the Aged Care Sector or with elderly people is preferred.
A current Driver's License is desirable but not mandatory.
You must be able to meet and perform the inherent requirements of the role.
