Event Operations Manager

This is a key role in bringing our newly refurbished Conference and Events spaces to life.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute the delivery of conferences, meetings, weddings, and other special events.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event delivery and guest satisfaction.
  • Develop and train the team to deliver warm and friendly service.
  • Additional Support:
  • Support the Food & Beverage department through various outlets.

This role requires excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
