About this Role

As an experienced Agribusiness Executive, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients across the agricultural sector.

You will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of clients, including grain, cattle, dairy, and cotton producers, among others. Your primary objective will be to provide tailored financial solutions that meet the unique needs of each client, while also identifying new business opportunities.

Working closely with CommBank product specialists, you will develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability. Your expertise in risk management, negotiation, and deal execution will be essential in structuring and delivering financial solutions that exceed client expectations.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Clients: Manage a significant portfolio of clients across various sectors, providing exceptional customer service and developing long-term relationships.
  • Financial Solutions: Develop and deliver bespoke financial solutions that meet the unique needs of each client, driving growth and profitability.
  • Risk Management: Implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks and ensure optimal outcomes for both clients and the bank.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product specialists to identify new business opportunities and drive growth through innovative financial solutions.
Requirements and Qualifications

  • A deep understanding of the agricultural sector and its complexities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop creative solutions.
  • Proven experience in risk management, negotiation, and deal execution, with a track record of delivering results-driven financial solutions.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
