About Us



We are seeking an experienced Workforce Rehabilitation Coordinator to join our team in Sydney or Parramatta.



At GB, we provide a comprehensive support structure for our case managers, allowing them to thrive in a supportive and dynamic environment. This role offers the opportunity to utilise your case management expertise to support injured workers and facilitate their return to work journey with empathy and compassion.



Key Responsibilities


  • Provide case management support across a range of rehabilitation cases at various stages of their return to work journey.
  • Engage with insured employers, injured employees, rehabilitation professionals, medical practitioners, and legal providers to achieve the best possible outcomes.
  • Contribute to excellent return to work outcomes and lead the end-to-end claims management life cycle.
  • Coach and mentor case managers and collaborate with our Mental Health, Recovery, and RTW, and Technical Support hubs.


About You

You will have previous experience in case management within a Workers Compensation or insurer setting. Key skills and qualifications include:




  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
  • A customer-focused approach with the ability to build trust and rapport.
  • Highly developed communication skills with the ability to engage at all levels of organisation.
  • A strategic mindset and approach to work.
  • A strong sense of team and collaboration with the ability to coach and mentor others.


What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of AU$90,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a 9-day fortnight and hybrid working options.
