About Us

We deliver in-home care to empower clients to live independently with support. Our Community Support Workers play a vital role in assisting clients across the Gold Coast.

This is an exciting opportunity for a nurturing and compassionate individual to join our team, supporting clients who need assistance with daily activities, personal care, and household tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accompanying clients during daily activities and outings
  • Food preparation and shopping
  • Assisting with personal care and hygiene, such as showering and dressing
  • Performing household tasks, including cleaning, washing, and folding clothes
  • Providing social interaction and companionship
  • Transporting clients to appointments
About You

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Certificate 3 in Individual Support or a similar qualification
  • At least one year of experience in aged care or disability support
  • NDIS clearance or willingness to obtain it
  • COVID-19 Vaccination
  • A current Police Check or willingness to obtain one
  • A current First Aid Certificate including CPR or willingness to obtain it
  • Own car and relevant insurances
  • Dementia care qualification (desirable)
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills
