Supporting Independence and Empowerment 

We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping older adults maintain their independence while enriching their lives with compassionate care.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about empowering individuals to live comfortably in their own homes. You will provide flexible support tailored to client needs and preferences, assist with personal care and daily living tasks, and encourage community participation and social engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing person-centred care that promotes dignity and independence
  • Assisting clients with personal care and daily living tasks
  • Encouraging community participation and social engagement
  • Supporting skill development and independence-building activities

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Certificate III or higher in Individual Support, Disability Support, Aged Care, or Home Care
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with clients
  • Flexibility to work within a fortnightly schedule
  • A valid Queensland Driver's Licence
  • A valid NDIS Worker Screening Clearance & Blue Card
