Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Gold Coast Private Hospital.

  • This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires the provision of safe, evidence-based nursing care to patients in a dynamic and supportive environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and guiding nursing team members, educating and supporting patients in recovery, rehabilitation, and end-of-life care, leading quality improvement and safety initiatives, collaborating with the healthcare team for optimal patient care, and serving as a role model for safe practices.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Science (Nursing) or equivalent, have a minimum of 12 months experience as an RN in an acute setting, and be compliant with ACQSHC National standards. Additionally, they will have clinical expertise and commitment to high-quality patient care, be self-motivated and a team player, and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
