Job Title: Facilities Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the department, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective management and maintenance of our property assets.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Determine and assess maintenance requirements for department-owned property assets, adhering to established frameworks, policies, and processes.
  • Support vacant property inspections and inspect community housing properties as required by the Housing Call Centre in consultation with community agencies.
  • Provide expert advice and recommendations for disability modification requests and major building rectification or asset protection activities.

This role requires strong technical building expertise and excellent communication skills. If you have experience working in a similar field and possess a high level of attention to detail, we encourage you to apply.
