The role we are seeking to fill is that of a Car Park Operations Manager at Sunshine Coast Airport.

This position requires the ability to manage and coordinate airport parking operations, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards in car park presentation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a small team of car park staff through day-to-day operations and procedures;
  • Managing curb-side and ground transport areas of the airport;
  • Managing rosters to meet the car park's needs;
  • Fielding customer enquiries and communications;
  • Stakeholder engagement with clients and contractors;
  • Recruiting and training new staff;

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a retail environment providing customer service;
  • Experience in roles that provided leadership of staff and/or teams preferred;
  • Genuine passion for providing excellent customer service;
  • A willingness to learn and grow with the company;
  • Good computer literacy skills with proficiency in email communication, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word;
  • Full Driver's license with excellent driving skills;
  • Eligibility to work in Australia;
