Car Park Operations Leader

As a key member of our team, we are seeking an experienced Car Park Manager to lead the operations of our car park facility at Sunshine Coast Airport.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless experience for our customers.
  • Lead a small team through day-to-day operations and procedures, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.
  • Manage curb-side and ground transport areas of the airport, maintaining high standards of presentation and performance.
  • Develop and implement rosters to meet the needs of the car park, ensuring optimal staffing levels and productivity.
  • Field customer enquiries and communications, providing timely and effective responses to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Engage with stakeholders, including clients and contractors, to build strong relationships and achieve business objectives.
  • Recruit and train new staff, developing their skills and knowledge to ensure they meet the needs of the role.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a retail environment providing customer service, with a focus on delivering excellent results.
  • Leadership experience, preferably in roles that involve managing staff and/or teams.
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
  • Good computer literacy skills, with proficiency in email communication, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • A valid driver's license and excellent driving skills.
  • Eligibility to work in Australia.
