Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Carpark Manager to lead our team at a major airport. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of car park facilities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide quality customer service to airport patrons.
  • Lead a small team through day-to-day operations and procedures.
  • Manage curb-side and ground transport areas.
  • Manage rosters to meet operational needs.
  • Field customer enquiries and communications.
  • Engage with stakeholders, including clients and contractors.
  • Recruit and train new staff members.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a retail environment providing customer service.
  • Leadership experience is preferred.
  • A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  • A willingness to learn and grow.
  • Good computer literacy skills, including proficiency in email communication, Microsoft Office applications.
  • A valid full Driver's license with excellent driving skills.
  • Eligibility to work in Australia.
