Your expertise as a full cycle senior recruiter or talent acquisition manager will enable you to manage end-to-end recruitment processes with ease.Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a strategic partner to the business, using data to build and execute hiring strategies.
  • Identify and engage potential candidates ahead of needs by utilizing talent markets insights and leveraging various talent pools.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from start to finish.
  • Promote the company as an employer of choice through social media, creative marketing, compelling job advertisements, and other employer branding activities.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to anticipate hiring needs, address challenges, and optimize recruitment outcomes.

Requirements
  • Passion for hiring with 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition as a full cycle senior recruiter or talent acquisition manager managing recruitments (preferable in the manufacturing industry with white and blue collar employees) in Australia.
  • Strategic and data-driven approach to define creative and proactive talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans for functional areas in Australia.
  • Proactive sourcing techniques and existing candidate networks.
  • Customer satisfaction commitment to delivering outstanding quality to both candidates and stakeholders.
  • Full professional proficiency in English language skills.
  • Marketing savvy approach to attract talents with employer branding and university/school collaboration activities.
