Assistant Strata Manager Role

PICA Group is a leading provider of strata and property services in Australia. We are seeking an experienced professional to provide support in delivering professional strata management services to our clients.

This role will involve providing administrative support to the Strata Manager, maintaining accurate records and documentation, and preparing meeting minutes and agendas. The successful candidate will have strong administration or customer service experience, including knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM/Document management systems.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  1. Provide administrative support to the Strata Manager in delivering professional strata management services.
  2. Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  3. Prepare meeting minutes and agendas, facilitating effective communication between committee members and clients.

About You:

  • Strong administration or customer service experience, with a proven track record of providing high-quality support.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM/Document management systems, with the ability to quickly learn new software applications.
