Cyber Program Senior Business Analyst

Talenza is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our team for a cyber program. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst in Cyber Finance, Commerce, Defence, or Telco industry.
- Initial 6 month day rate contract, with view to extend.
- $1000 p.d inclusive of super.
To be successful in the role, you will have:
- Strong technical background.
- Excellent facilitation skills and the ability to bring structure to ambiguity.
- Previous experience working closely with engineers.
- Ability to work individually and as part of the team by leading, providing support and guidance to fellow team members.
- Confidence in communicating and influencing stakeholders at various levels.
- Ability to adapt to change, and previous project exposure working on internal controls framework.
- Willingness to proportionately expend effort on BAU and Transformation.
- Previous experience in mature agile environments.
Salary: based on relevant experience.
Location: Sydney with office attendance 3 days / week (mandatory).
Work rights: candidate must be based in Greater Sydney and have full work rights.
