Job Title: Senior Business Analyst - Cyber Security

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our Cyber Security team at the University of New South Wales. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of our Cyber Security Enablement Program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed business requirements for the implementation of cyber security solutions that align with program objectives.
  • Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive the development of functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Design and implement Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
  • Work closely with Cyber Security Operations and Identity Management teams to implement technical solutions.
  • Align with and demonstrate the UNSW Values in Action and Code of Conduct.
Requirements:
  • 5 years' experience in business analysis, business requirements analysis, and business process analysis.
  • Substantial business analysis experience in cyber security domains, including Identity Governance and Administration, Active Directory, and Privileged Access Management.
  • Strong understanding of industry-wide security standards and compliance frameworks.
  • Knowledge of Identity Management frameworks and experience in Identity Management solutions.
  • Comprehensive analytical and problem-solving skills, with advanced written and verbal communication skills.
