  • This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Customer Relations Consultant, where you will be responsible for managing initial customer and dealer enquiries across various platforms.
  • Your primary focus will be on ensuring timely and accurate responses, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Inbound Calls: Handle inbound calls from customers with professionalism, addressing inquiries and concerns efficiently.
  2. Case Ticket Management: Create and manage case tickets to resolve customer issues effectively.
  3. Email Response: Respond to customer requests and complaints via email, conducting thorough investigations.
  4. Issue Escalation: Escalate relevant issues to stakeholders and follow up promptly.
  5. Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties, including CRM data maintenance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Customer Service Experience: Demonstrate strong customer service experience and conflict resolution skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and internal systems such as Salesforce and SAP.
  • Independence: Confident in handling conflicts and working independently.
