At Shipstone Accident Repair Specialists in Windsor, we maintain the highest standards of repair for prestige vehicles. To support our team and managers with administration tasks, we are seeking a Customer Service professional.
The successful candidate will ensure a customer-friendly environment, greet customers on arrival, and keep them informed about the repair process and anticipated completion dates for their vehicles. They will also contact customers to ensure they are satisfied with the experience and support management with inventory and liaison with insurance providers regarding claims/repairs.
We require someone with proven experience within a Customer Service position, highly professional and personable with strong relationship building skills. Strong systems experience and competent computer abilities are essential, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ideal candidate must meet strict deadlines and work effectively and collaboratively with the team.
