We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Change Manager to lead our change management activities and drive business outcomes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining, coordinating, and monitoring change management activities across programs and portfolios. They will partner with program/project sponsors to build change strategies and plans that enable leader-led change delivery.

The ideal candidate will have experience leading and directing change management in large or complex environments, as well as direct people leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop high-performing teams.

They will also have formal change management qualifications (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci) and strong relationship management skills with the ability to influence and negotiate complex outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and coordinate change management activities across programs and portfolios

- Lead a high-performing team through recruitment, resource planning, people leadership, mentoring, coaching, and development of change managers/analysts
- Provide expert advice and guidance for effective decision-making through strong analysis and stakeholder consultation
