We're seeking an experienced Site Coordinator to support the Franchise team in monitoring and supervising organized works on site, contributing to project management.

This role ensures the project scope is facilitated for site installation, delivering results at respective sites.

You'll plan, access, and deliver installation activities throughout the project lifecycle while maintaining our Zero Harm culture.

This is a full-time opportunity based out of 700 Collins, requiring work on multiple sites across the network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interface with contractors to maintain a safe working environment
  • Conduct safety briefings and toolbox meetings to promote a zero-harm culture
  • Provide site documentation and ensure all project records are maintained
  • Align site activities with technical and quality contractual requirements
  • Routine inspections to identify and action site safety improvements with contractors

Requirements:

  • Technical qualification or relevant industry experience (A Class electrician/technician certificate)
  • Demonstrated experience supervising installation or maintenance of operational technology, preferably in utilities or infrastructure environments
  • OH&S and Environmental supervisory level qualifications or relevant industry experience
  • Experience managing worksite documentation (SWMS/JSEA's/work permits)
  • Construction management experience
  • Interpreting engineering designs and documentation experience
  • Understanding of contract management principles
  • Construction Induction Card (White Card)
