**Job Title:** Production Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in optimizing our manufacturing processes, ensuring safe and efficient operations, and maintaining high-quality standards.

  • Ensure that operational and asset risks are appropriately assessed.
  • Implement safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with quality control standards.
  • Maintain oversight of process chemical stocks and consumption, ensuring availability when required.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to address challenges, implement improvements, and resolve production issues. Your excellent communication and problem-solving skills will be essential in collaborating with other teams and stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for an individual with:

  • A background in operational, maintenance, trade or engineering.
  • Experience working in a Dangerous Goods or Major Hazard Facility.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to plan and manage time effectively, work under pressure, and adapt to changing priorities.
