About the Role

The Technical Client Specialist will be responsible for owning the customer experience end-to-end for our APAC region, acting as the first point of contact for clients, resolving issues and guiding them through the platform.

  • Key responsibilities include providing high-quality client support via Zendesk, troubleshooting LMS platform issues with professionalism and empathy.
  • Manage and resolve client-reported issues, ensuring clear and timely communication throughout the ticket lifecycle.
  • Serve as a client advocate, escalating issues when needed and representing the client voice internally.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have 2-3 years of experience in a client-facing role in SaaS, ideally within technical support, customer success, or implementation/technical services.

  • Proven problem-solving ability and aptitude for learning technical products quickly.
  • Familiarity with APIs, SSO protocols (SAML, OAuth), CSV/XML data formats, integration tools (Workato, Zapier, Postman, etc.), or BI/reporting platforms is an asset.
  • Candidates should possess clear, confident communication skills both written and verbal.
