About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Optical Assistant/Dispenser to join our dynamic team at ProVision. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients of all ages, while also dispensing and fitting eyewear with precision and care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service to patients, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Optical Dispensing: Dispense and fit eyewear with precision and care, ensuring accurate measurements and optimal comfort for patients.
  • Technical Skills: Operate a manual vertometer with confidence and proficiency, using Sunix software for efficient patient management.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our Optometrists and Dispensers to support vision therapy and myopia management, contributing to a positive and supportive team environment.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Certificate IV in Optical Dispensing: An advantage, but not essential for the right candidate.
  • Manual Vertometer Experience: Preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidate.
  • Strong Sales Experience: Essential for success in this role.
  • Customer Service Skills: Ability to work effectively with children and patients of all age groups, providing exceptional service and support.
