As a Beauty and Health Advisor, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and advice to our customers, ensuring they receive the best possible health and beauty solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on health and beauty products, including skincare, makeup, and fragrances.
  • Assist customers with their health and beauty needs, including answering questions and making recommendations.
  • Work collaboratively with the pharmacy team to ensure seamless customer service and a positive shopping experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest health and beauty trends and products, and share your knowledge with customers.

Requirements:

  • Beauty Therapist (or similar) qualification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
