Job Summary

We are seeking an E-Commerce Optical Specialist to join our ANZ E-Commerce Team. This role involves guaranteeing website compliance, optimizing processes for increased efficiency, and providing dedicated support to the eCommerce team in their daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review optical orders to ensure compliance with customer prescriptions and prescription validity.
  • Support communication between Customer Service and Distribution Centre teams to resolve customer issues.
  • Align with retail teams to ensure a seamless omnichannel optical customer experience.
  • Support optical project implementation from kick-off to hypercare.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and resolve operational inefficiencies.
  • Recommend website implementations to ensure user experience for optical products.
  • Support testing of new site features and enhancements.
  • Coordinate investigation and solution of website functionality issues.
Requirements for Success
  • Certificate IV in Optical Dispensing is an essential requirement.
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, particularly Excel skills.
  • Self-management skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize under tight deadlines.
  • Highly driven and passionate about the online retail industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good eye for creative layout, design, and copywriting.
